Pivovarský Bál or “The Brewer’s Ball” is a 12° Plato Czech-Style foeder lager using all Czech ingredients, including Moravian Floor Malted Czech pilsner malt, Czech Saaz hops, and Czech lager yeast. We double-decocted this mash using Czech brewing legends’ decoction mash schedule. The result is one of our finest and most authentic beers yet, which has notes of toasted grain and subtle herbal hints.
