Dracula's Lament

Double IPA

This extremely juicy DIPA combined both ours and Tin Barn’s favorite hops. Additionally, we tried a new process that we learned of knocking out hot wort into the fermenter filled with Citra Incognito before cooling it down and adding the yeast. But not stopping there, we did our normal DDH after primary fermentation, and then transferred onto Freestyle Hops' experimental Maui Nelson Subzero Hop Kief infused with pineapple. The result is big notes of pineapple, guava and mango!
