This time around, we swapped Nelson for Riwaka, one of the punchiest hops in the world! The first dry-hop in primary fermentation used Simcoe, Mosaic & Riwaka, and then we hit it with Riwaka for a second dry-hopping, and yet again with Riwaka hop kief during our final transfer. The result of essentially a triple dry-hop is a bright, punchy and super crushable IPA. Special thanks to our friends at Freestyle Hops for another amazing hop kief product.
