This iteration of our single hop DIPA series was brewed with copious amounts of Strata hops. Developed by the Indie Hops breeding program, who better than to share their description of this incredible hop: “Hard to imagine ‘taking it to 11’ in such an elegant manner. Passionfruit, melon, strawberry, grapefruit, rock concert cannabis and dried chili peppers. Hard to resist.”
