We teamed up with our friends over at Wayward Lane to bring you Cooperator, AE’s first-ever Foeder-lagered Doppelbock! It was single decocted with pilsner and Munich malts from Murmuration malts in New York to really give off those sweet caramel and bready notes.

The can label

A bock is a dark lager originally brewed in the northern town of Einbeck, Germany, during the 14th century. When this beer hit the Bavarian region, the people mispronounced the beer as ein bock. Which translates in German to "billy goat." Now you get it?
