Just like Audrey II, this beer demands more—so we fed it an absolutely gluttonous amount of hops. Simcoe and Mosaic lay the foundation, but the real star of the show is Riwaka, one of the punchiest, most expressive hops on the planet. We dry-hopped during primary with all three, hit it again with the same combo for the DDH, and gave it one final blast of Riwaka hop kief during the last transfer. Expect an aromatic explosion of passionfruit, diesel, lime zest, and that unmistakable Riwaka funk.
