The can label

This is truly one of our finest labels. We tasked our graphic designer John with merging two concepts for this can art: vintage Japanese beer can meets Kill Bill. We think he nailed it. Perhaps one of the greatest characters in any movie, and despite having a larger-than-life presence, Hanzo is delicate and beautiful just like his swords.⁠⁠

Hanzo

The tricky part in designing Hanzo was weaving the two concepts together. As John our designer said: "For Hanzo the more I tried to stay very close to a vintage Japanese beer can, the less it felt like a Kill Bill concept. The more I tried to make it feel like Kill Bill, the less it felt like a vintage Japanese beer can." Here's the very first pass at this label (sorry Uma!). This also started out as a 12oz. label.
